How Parvon N Capsule works
Parvon N Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Parvon N Capsule may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol.
Parvon N Capsule is highly unsafe during pregnancy. It can cause serious harm to the unborn baby, including birth defects and pregnancy loss. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Parvon N Capsule is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Even small doses of Parvon N Capsule can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
Parvon N Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Parvon N Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Use of Parvon N Capsule is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Parvon N Capsule is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
What if you forget to take Parvon N Capsule?
If you miss a dose of Parvon N Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
