Paraflax Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. It improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.

Paraflax Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, weakness, sleepiness, and dizziness. How Paraflax Tablet works

Paraflax Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ibuprofen and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Driving

UNSAFE

Paraflax Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION

Paraflax Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Use of Paraflax Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function.

Liver

UNSAFE

Paraflax Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
Use of Paraflax Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Paraflax Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Paraflax Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
