O-X Oral Gel is a combination medicine used in the treatment of mouth infection. It works by killing the microorganisms that cause gum disease, tartar, and other mouth infections.
O-X Oral Gel should be applied on the site of lesion inside the mouth. Follow the doctor’s instruction or use it in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor. Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. You must have to avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after using it.
It may cause side effects like taste change and bitter taste. If the side effects bother you or do not go away, let your doctor know.

O-X Oral Gel is a combination of two medicines: Ornidazole and Chlorhexidine Gluconate which treat mouth infections. Ornidazole is an antibiotic which kills the bacteria and other microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic which binds to the surface of teeth, inner cheeks and gums. This kills the infectious microorganisms that cause gum disease, tartar and other mouth infections.

- Apply it over the affected area with a clean fingertip, three to four times a day or as directed by your doctor.
- Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
