O Dox Tablet is a combination of three pain relieving medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Dextropropoxyphene. Ibuprofen and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen work by blocking the chemical messengers in brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Dextropropoxyphene works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby further decreasing pain perception.
Taking Ibuprofen+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Dextropropoxyphene with alcohol can cause liver damage.
