It is advised to take Numlo-D Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. It is suggested to take it at day time to avoid the frequent urination at night. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
It may cause side effects like headache, edema, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, and sleepiness. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes level while taking this medicine.
