How to use NISUL MR Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nisul MR Tablet is to be taken with food.

How NISUL MR Tablet works

Nisul MR Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Tizanidine which relieve muscle pain. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm.

Alcohol
CAUTION
Nisul MR Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy

Nisul MR Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation

Driving
