Benefits of Nezolin Eye Drop

Allergic eye disease
Allergic eye disease (allergic conjunctivitis) occurs when the eyes react to allergens such as dust, pollen, or pollution. It causes redness, itching, watering, swelling, and discomfort. Nezolin Eye Drop provides relief from allergy symptoms by reducing redness and itching, soothing irritation, and keeping the eyes moist. It also helps protect the eye surface and improves overall eye comfort during allergic episodes.

How to use Nezolin Eye Drop

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

How Nezolin Eye Drop works

Naphazoline narrows the small blood vessels in the eyes, helping reduce redness and swelling. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks the action of histamine, the substance responsible for allergic symptoms such as itching and watering. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acts as a lubricating agent. It forms a protective moisture layer over the eye surface to relieve dryness and irritation. Zinc sulfate and boric acid provide soothing and mild astringent effects that help reduce irritation and support eye comfort. Together, they relieve allergy symptoms and protect the eye surface.

Quick tips

  • Try to identify and limit exposure to allergy triggers such as dust, pollen, smoke, or pet dander.
  • Maintain good eye hygiene and wash the eyes gently with clean water if exposed to irritants.
  • Do not share eye medications with others to prevent contamination or infection.
  • Seek medical evaluation if allergic symptoms occur frequently or seasonally, as preventive treatment may be needed.
