Neuroglenz Injection may be taken with or without food. However, take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor to get the most benefit from it. It is also advised to take this medicine at a fixed time to avoid missing a dose.

Some common side effects of this medicine include upset stomach, diarrhea, dizziness, constipation, and injection site reactions. Most of these are usually mild and gradually resolve over time; however, if they persist or get worse, let your doctor know.

How Neuroglenz Injection works

Prolonged B12 deficiency can lead to nerve degeneration and irreversible neurological damage. Neuroglenz Injection is a multivitamin product containing methylcobalamin, nicotinamide, and pyridoxine hydrochloride. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) exhibits neuroprotective properties, reduces cholesterol levels and other fatty substances in the blood, and increases good cholesterol. Pyridoxine hydrochloride treats and prevents the deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves the functioning of the nervous and immune systems.
