Montiva-BL 20mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines. It is used in the treatment of various allergic conditions. It reduces inflammation (redness, tenderness, heat, and swelling), itching, and rashes by blocking certain chemical messengers in the body.
Montiva-BL 20mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. The dose may vary depending on what you are taking it for. Take it as it has been prescribed by your doctor. You may need this medicine only on days you have symptoms, or as prescribed by your doctor. If you stop taking it earlier than advised, your symptoms may come back.
Common side effects include headache, pharyngitis, cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and otitis media. If you experience any of these that persist or bother you, let your doctor know. How Montiva-BL Tablet works
Montiva-BL 20mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.
