For best results, use this medication regularly as prescribed. Consistent use helps clear the infection fast. Avoid skipping doses for continuous relief. If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. Do not overuse it, and consult your doctor if discomfort persists or worsens.

Common side effects of Mirkflox D Eye/Ear Drop include mild burning or discomfort shortly after use, which usually goes away on its own. Less common side effects include blurred vision, watery eyes, dryness, or mild eye pain. Most of these are temporary, but consult a doctor if they persist.

Mirkflox D Eye/Ear Drop should not be used by individuals who are allergic to any of its ingredients or have certain viral, fungal, or bacterial infections of the eye, such as herpes simplex, chickenpox, or tuberculosis-related eye issues. It is meant for external eye use only and should never be injected. Using it for a long time without medical supervision may lead to increased eye pressure (glaucoma), cataract formation, or the growth of other unwanted infections like fungi. 

If symptoms worsen or new signs of infection appear, stop using it and consult a doctor immediately. Regular eye checkups are important, especially if the treatment continues for more than 10 days.
