Metrohex Plus Gel

Metrohex Plus Gel is a combination of two medicines. It is strictly advised for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only on the affected areas of the skin. You must wash immediately if there is accidental exposure of it on the eyes or mouth.

This medicine is generally safe, but it may sometimes cause irritation, burning sensation, and discomfort at the site of application. These effects are mild and go away in sometime but if they stay for a long duration, you should consult the doctor immediately.

• Treatment of Mouth infection

• Metrohex Plus Gel is given for the treatment of mouth infection and its associated symptoms such as ulcers and swelling in the gums.
• Avoid eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth just after using this medication.
• Do not use Metrohex Plus Gel if you have deep oral ulcers or throat infections.
• Stop using this medicine and inform your doctor if any irritation occurs.
• If symptoms persist for more than seven days, consult your doctor.
• Along with using Metrohex Plus Gel maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice daily with a soft bristle brush.
• Have regular dental checkups at intervals recommended by your dentist (this is normally at least once a year).
