Meroev-TZ 1.125gm Injection is given by a doctor or a nurse. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. The dose and duration will depend on what type of infection you have, where it is in the body, and how serious it is. Get the injection as long as your doctor has prescribed it to get the most benefit from it. If you stop getting the injection, the infection may return or worsen.

How Meroev-TZ Injection works
Meropenem is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive. Tazobactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It works by blocking an enzyme (beta-lactamase) produced by bacteria to inactivate antibiotics.
