General Information

Product introduction
Apply Melagard 50+ Solution 15–30 minutes before going outdoors and spread it evenly over all exposed areas of the skin. Use enough to completely cover the exposed skin, as applying too little may reduce its protective effect. Reapply as directed, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. For added protection, wear protective clothing, a hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses, and avoid excessive sun exposure whenever possible. Children younger than 6 months should use Melagard 50+ Solution only under the supervision of a doctor.
Limited data are available on the common side effects of Melagard 50+ Solution. However, if you experience skin irritation, redness, burning, stinging, itching, or a rash at the application site, stop using Melagard 50+ Solution and consult a doctor.
Do not use Melagard 50+ Solution if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Avoid applying it to damaged or broken skin. Keep it away from the eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if a rash or persistent irritation develops. Store the product away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
