How to use Megazolid Plus Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Megazolid Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Megazolid Plus Tablet with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.

How Megazolid Plus Tablet works

Megazolid Plus Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefixime and Linezolid. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Linezolid stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively.
