Mebiz SR Capsule should be taken in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is swallowed whole with a drink of water preferably 20 minutes before a meal to relieve or reduce post-meal symptoms. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Remember following lifestyle modifications like having a fiber-rich diet, increase fluid intake and regular exercise can help you to get better results.

This medicine has very less or minimal side effects but it may cause skin rash, fainting, or angioedema sometimes. Be cautious as it is important to stop the medication and inform the doctor if you encounter difficulty in breathing or swelling of the face, neck, tongue, or throat.

Before taking this medicine, you should let your doctor know if you have liver and kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine.

• Take it 20 minutes before a meal to relieve or reduce post meal symptoms.
• Talk to your doctor if your symptoms do not get better within two weeks of taking Mebiz SR Capsule, or get worse at any time.
• Stop taking Mebiz SR Capsule and consult a doctor if you experience difficulty in breathing or swelling of face, neck, tongue or throat.
• Do not stop taking the tablets without talking to your doctor, even if you feel better.
