Mahagesic Plus Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. How Mahagesic Plus Tablet works

Mahagesic Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Famotidine which relieve pain and fever. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Famotidine is an H2 blocker (type of antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to get relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
