Lupitros-T Eye Drop is used in the treatment of ocular hypertension and glaucoma
Eye pain, Stinging sensation, Foreign body sensation, Itching, Irritation, Burning sensation in eye, Darkening of eye lashes, Change in colour of iris.
This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Lupitros-T Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Timolol and Travoprost (topical). Timolol is a prostaglandin analogue while Travoprost (topical) is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
To reduce the amount of Lupitros-T Eye Drop that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
Lupitros-T Eye Drop may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Lupitros-T Eye Drop is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Lupitros-T Eye Drop may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
