Product introduction

Lupex-Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of the treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine suddenly.

Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, constipation, headache, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), ejaculation disorder, erectile dysfunction, and low sexual desire. However, these are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or bother you.

You should avoid alcohol while taking Lupex-Plus Tablet, as it may worsen certain side effects. This medicine can also lead to weight gain, eat a healthy balanced diet, avoid snacking with high-calorie food, and exercise regularly. Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts or behavior.

It reduces pain and its associated symptoms such as mood changes, sleep problems, and tiredness. It is thought to work by interfering with pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves and the brain. It also contains nutritional supplements that are essential for improving nerve conduction.
Lupex-Plus Tablet regularly will improve your physical and social functioning and overall quality of life. It takes a few weeks to work so you need to take it regularly even if you feel it is not doing any good. Lupex-Plus Tablet is mainly prescribed for treating neuropathic pain (nerve pain), such as that seen in diabetic neuropathy, or other nerve-related issues. Duloxetine in Lupex-Plus Tablet is an antidepressant that reduces nerve pain, while methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12) in Lupex-Plus Tablet helps restore and protect nerve function.
Before taking Lupex-Plus Tablet, tell your doctor if you have a history of liver or kidney disease, glaucoma, mania, or seizures, bleeding disorders, bipolar disorder, or if you drink large amounts of alcohol. Also, mention to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using other medications.
Individuals should not use Lupex-Plus Tablet if they are allergic to duloxetine, methylcobalamin, or any other ingredients present in it. Lupex-Plus Tablet must not be taken with medications called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), and it is not recommended for people with severe liver or kidney impairment, or uncontrolled glaucoma (narrow angle).
Serious side effects of Lupex-Plus Tablet include allergic reactions (swelling, rash, trouble breathing), severe skin reactions, liver problems (yellowing of eyes, or skin, dark urine), abnormal mood, or behavior changes (thoughts of self-harm), easy bruising, or signs of serotonin syndrome (agitation, fast heartbeat, hallucinations, muscle stiffness, or vomiting). Seek immediate medical help if you experience any of these symptoms.
