Product introduction

Lugital-P Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It reduces pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.


Lugital-P Tablet should be taken with or without food. It should be taken regularly as advised by your doctor. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and needs. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.


Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, dizziness, and diarrhea. You should let your doctor know if any of these side effects bother you or if they do not go away with time. Your doctor may help you with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects by prescribing an alternative medicine or adjusting the dose.

How to use Lugital-P Tablet

How Lugital-P Tablet works

Lugital-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Quick tips

  • Take Lugital-P Tablet with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation.
  • Do not take Lugital-P Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol without consulting your doctor.
  • Avoid taking Lugital-P Tablet with other NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen or diclofenac) unless advised by your doctor.
  • Lugital-P Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
  • Stop taking Lugital-P Tablet and seek medical attention if you develop severe stomach pain or black/tarry stools.
  • Stay well hydrated while using Lugital-P Tablet, as dehydration may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects.
  • Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, or liver disease before taking Lugital-P Tablet.
  • Do not increase the dose or frequency of Lugital-P Tablet without medical advice.
  • Inform your doctor if you develop a rash, swelling, or signs of an allergic reaction while taking Lugital-P Tablet.
  • If dizziness occurs after taking Lugital-P Tablet, avoid activities requiring alertness such as driving.
