Lorshil SP Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It can be taken with or without food. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, indigestion. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them.

The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

Lorshil SP Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It gives relief from muscle and back pain, or pain in the ear and throat. Lorshil SP Tablet is also used for the management of pain in patients after dental surgery. It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. By reducing pain, it improves the quality of your life. Lorshil SP Tablet also reduces fever associated with the above painful conditions. This medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery.

How to use Lorshil SP Tablet

How Lorshil SP Tablet works

Lorshil SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Lornoxicam, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase which relieve pain. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.

Lorshil SP Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions.
Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine.
Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
Inform your doctor if you have or ever had ulcers in your stomach or intestines.
Inform your doctor if you are planning to have an operation (even a minor one, such as tooth extraction) since Lorshil SP Tablet might increase the risk of bleeding.

Driving

Liver

CAUTION

Lorshil SP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
However, the use of Lorshil SP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
