Loratadine is used in the treatment of allergic disorders.

How it works

Loratadine blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, congestion, itching, and other allergic reactions.

Uses

Pseudoephedrine is used in the treatment of nasal congestion
It is also used to treat sinus and upper chest congestion.

How it works

Pseudoephedrine narrows the small blood vessels, reduces swelling and production of mucous and so relieves congestion.
