Loram Beta H Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine; hence, try to take it during the daytime or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. • Do not stop taking Loram Beta H Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor.
