Lobak Z Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Zinc Carnosine which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness). Zinc Carnosine is a nutritional supplement which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
