Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Ketsol Plus Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpheniramine, Ketorolac and Phenylephrine which relieve eye discomfort caused by allergies. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the eye. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels of the eye to further relieve inflammation.
Ketsol Plus Eye Drop may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Ketsol Plus Eye Drop is probably safe to use during lactatio
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Ketsol Plus Eye Drop may make you feel dizzy, tired or drowsy, you may also get headaches, visual disturbances, vertigo or have difficulty sleeping. This may affect your driving ability.
Ketsol Plus Eye Drop is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Ketsol Plus Eye Drop may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Ketsol Plus Eye Drop may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
