Isco Kit may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly for as long as the doctor has prescribed. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The course of the treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Sudden discontinuation of the treatment may affect the potency of the medicine.

- Avoid taking indigestion remedies, or supplements containing iron, magnesium, or zinc at least 2 hours before or after taking Isco Kit. This is because Isco Kit combines with these medicines, which makes it less effective in fighting infection.
- You will need to have a stool exam after taking ivermectin to make sure the infection is gone.
- Isco Kit may make you feel dizzy. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Be careful going up and downstairs.
- Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction to Isco Kit like rashes, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
