How to use Infen MR Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Infen MR 25mg/4mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Infen MR Tablet works

Infen MR 25mg/4mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ketoprofen and Thiocolchicoside which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

CAUTION
Taking Ketoprofen with alcohol increases the risk of stomach bleeding.
Pregnancy
