Indipa Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Use of this medicine may cause application site reactions such as burning sensation, irritation, itching, and redness in some people. These are usually temporary and resolve on their own. However, if they persist or get worse, let your doctor know. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, rinse it off with plenty of water.
There is limited information about the safety of this medicine on pregnant or breastfeeding women. To make sure it is safe for you, let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using the eye drop as it may cause temporary blurring of vision.

How to use Indipa Eye Drop
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
How Indipa Eye Drop works
Indipa Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Atropine and Dexamethasone. Atropine is an anticholinergic medicine which works by making the pupil of your eye larger and relaxing the muscles in your eye. Dexamethasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
Quick tips
- Indipa Eye Drop is used for the treatment of uveitis.
- You should wash your hands after using the eye drops and great care should be taken to avoid getting the product into the mouth.
- To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
- After applying Indipa Eye Drop, close your eyes, and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
- If you are using any other eye drops or eye ointments, leave 5-10 minutes between applying each one.
- If you normally wear contact lenses, please wear your spectacles instead until your doctor advises you that it is suitable for you to wear your lenses again.
- Indipa Eye Drop may cause blurred vision which may last for some time. Make sure you can see clearly again before you drive and before you use tools or machines.
