Ideenat 100 Tablet

Take Ideenat 100 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. Continue taking the medicine until your disease worsens, or your doctor tells you to stop because of side effects. Regular blood tests are important during treatment to monitor your liver function and blood cell counts. Your doctor will also monitor you for signs of infection and other serious side effects throughout treatment.

The most common side effects of Ideenat 100 Tablet include diarrhea, pneumonia, fever, tiredness, rash, cough, and nausea. Blood tests may also show low white blood cell counts (neutropenia) or increased liver enzyme levels. Contact your doctor if any side effect becomes severe, does not improve, or interferes with your daily activities.

Do not take Ideenat 100 Tablet if you have had a serious allergic reaction, including anaphylaxis, or if you have a history of toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) caused by any medicine. Before starting treatment, tell your doctor about all your medical conditions and the medicines you are taking. Ideenat 100 Tablet may harm an unborn baby. Women who can become pregnant should use effective contraception during treatment and for 1 month after the last dose.

• Blood cancer (Chronic lymphocytic leukemia) : It is a type of blood and bone marrow cancer in which the body produces too many abnormal white blood cells. These cells do not function properly and can crowd out healthy blood cells, making it harder for the body to fight infections.
• Follicular lymphoma : It is a slow-growing cancer that starts in the lymphatic system, affecting the lymph nodes. It develops from abnormal white blood cells called B lymphocytes and may spread to the bone marrow or other parts of the body over time.

• Take Ideenat 100 Tablet exactly as prescribed, preferably at the same times every day, to help maintain consistent medicine levels in your body.
• Attend all scheduled blood tests so your doctor can monitor your liver function and blood cell counts throughout treatment.
• Report persistent diarrhea, cough, difficulty breathing, fever, severe skin rash, or abdominal pain to your doctor immediately, as these may be signs of serious side effects.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements, before starting any new treatment to help prevent drug interactions.
• Use effective contraception during treatment if pregnancy is possible, and avoid breastfeeding until 1 month after your last dose.
• Seek immediate medical attention if you notice a severe skin rash, blisters, peeling skin, or mouth sores, especially if accompanied by fever or flu-like symptoms.
