How I Nem Injection works
I Nem 250mg/250mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Imipenem and Cilastatin. Imipenem is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Cilastatin is dehydropeptidase I inhibitor which blocks the activity of an enzyme (dehydropeptidase I) that causes breakdown of Imipenem. Hence, it helps Imipenem stay active in your body for a longer period of time.

Hi there ! I've been married for a year and half now and had not had any intimate relationship with my wife. I had read about ED and consulted well known Sexologist in Chennai (Dr. karthik Gunasekaran)who suggested a circumcisuon as I could not retract my foreskin due to phimosis. He had also given few meds ( Anti Oxidants capsule s, Horney goat weed capsules, and Xtraman cream. It's been 3 and half months after circumcision now. Most of it looks healed but at the left side rim of the penis there is small inflammation. It doesn't hurt but I'm jus worried about it. I have started the medication just a week back. But did not notice any change. I'm still unable to have an intercourse because of soft erections. Is there any solution to this. I work in the IT sector where work involves stress, most of the time poor diet options. I also smoke which I'm trying to get rid off ( any help how to quit ? ). Before the circumcision when I had all the test done. The said my testrone levels were way low ( almost of an 65 yr old man. Ranging from a scale of 1 to 7 mine was 1). Any solution to this ? Thanks in advance !

As per your reports everything is almost fine. Most likely chances are you may have UTI. I would suggest to continue Ciprofloxacin 500 for total 5 days then 250mg (half tablet) 5 days more. Take Paracetamol 500 whenever you get fever. Also take cap. Vizilac 1 cap daily
