Hepsandinn L Syrup is used in the treatment of appetite stimulant.
Dryness in mouth, Constipation, Sleepiness, Blurred vision.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Hepsandinn L Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Hepsandinn L Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Choline and Cyproheptadine. Choline is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acids from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol, as a result, the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered. Cyproheptadine works by reducing the effect of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the hypothalamus, a part of the brain which regulates appetite.

Hepsandinn L Syrup may cause dizziness, sedation, and hypotension in elderly patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Hepsandinn L Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Hepsandinn L Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
