How Choline + Cyproheptadine works
Choline + Cyproheptadine is a combination of two medicines: Choline and Cyproheptadine. Choline is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acids from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol, as a result, the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered. Cyproheptadine works by reducing the effect of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the hypothalamus, a part of the brain which regulates appetite.
Common side effects of Choline + Cyproheptadine
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
