Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. Do not use your finger to apply this medicine. Do not stop using it suddenly without talking to your doctor, as it may lead to worsening of your condition.

Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which blocks pain signals from the nerves to brain thereby decreasing pain sensation. Calcium Dobesilate and Troxerutin are vasoprotective medicines which strengthen the blood vessels in the affected area.and promoting healing. Hydrocortisone is a steroid which reduces redness, itching, and swelling. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks the swollen blood vessels to further relieve itching and irritation in piles. Zinc Oxide has astringent and antiseptic action.

Dear Sir, I am suffering from piles for last three year. Bleeding occurs occationally. Bleeding has occured 6 or 7 times in total for the last three years. It occurs when hard stool passes through anal.Generally my stool is smooth but when first part of my stool is hard and the remaining is smooth, bleeding occurs.
