Medicine Overview of Glutim D Eye Drop
Glutim D Eye Drop is used in the treatment of glaucoma
and ocular hypertension.
Eye redness, Itching, Burning sensation, Stinging sensation, Blurred vision, Altered taste, Irritation, Burning sensation in eye.
This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Glutim D Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dorzolamide (topical) and Timolol. Dorzolamide (topical) is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and Timolol is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Glutim D Eye Drop alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Glutim D Eye Drop is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Glutim D Eye Drop may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
