How to use Gaglofen P Tablet

How Gaglofen P Tablet works

Gaglofen P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve pain. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol
CAUTION
Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy

Gaglofen P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation

Driving
Gaglofen P Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Use of Gaglofen P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver

Gaglofen P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Gaglofen P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Gaglofen P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
