How to use G Dol Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
How G Dol Tablet works
G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Paracetamol which relieve severe pain. Tramadol is an opoid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

Alcohol
CAUTION
Taking Tramadol+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Driving
G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
CAUTION
G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of G Dol 37.5mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
