Fulstrch-TP Tablet should be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

How to use Fulstrch-TP Tablet

How Fulstrch-TP Tablet works
Fulstrch-TP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.

Hello sir. Change your life style. daily exercise, lot of water at least 3 lts a day. include more salads and roughage to the diet. Avoid spicy and fatty food . iF this does not solve the problem for gastritis take Pan 40 before breakfast daily fro 10 days along with the above mentioned life style modifications. for constipation you can have syrup dulcolax 2 table spoon before going to bed.
Lack of nutrition is major signh which comes tp skin. Take abundant water, juicy fruits, proper sleep. Avpid too much application of chemicals etc on skin.
I have asthmatic problem since 12 years in treatment with Seretide 125 inhaler b.I.d. Recently from last 6 months I have itching sensation somewhere in between the nose, throat and ear.
