Product introduction

Flupikem T 4 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Missing doses or stopping treatment early may reduce effectiveness and prolong discomfort. Take it at the same time each day. Avoid exceeding the recommended dose, as improper use may increase the risk of side effects. If pain or muscle stiffness persists despite treatment, consult your doctor for further evaluation.


Using this medicine can cause some common side effects such as heartburn, nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, and sleep disturbance. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know.


Before taking Flupikem T 4 Tablet, let your doctor know if you have any heart, kidney, or liver problems. Flupikem T 4 Tablet treats pain due to muscle spasm by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Take this medicine by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor. Do not increase your dose or use Flupikem T 4 Tablet more often or for longer than prescribed. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is good for you.

Flupikem T 4 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: flupirtine and thiocolchicoside, which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Flupirtine is a non-opioid analgesic. It decreases the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms and associated pain.
