Flunahist DP 10mg/10mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines. This prescription medicine helps to treat migraines. It prevent pain signals to reach the brain to reduce pain. It also reduces the feeling of nausea and vomiting which is experienced in migraine pain.

Flunahist DP 10mg/10mg/325mg Tablet is to be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. You can take it with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. You should follow the prescription strictly and do not take the medicine for the long term.

Some of the common side effects of this medicine are sleepiness, drowsiness, and weight gain. It is important to avoid alcohol consumption while you are on this medication, as this may affect your liver functioning. How Flunahist DP Tablet works

Flunahist DP 10mg/10mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic which blocks the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain.

Flunahist DP 10mg/10mg/325mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
