Fevrelief D Oral Suspension


Product introduction

Fevrelief D Oral Suspension is used to relieve migraine headaches and to treat nausea and vomiting associated with it. This medicine may also be used in ailments where fever is accompanied by vomiting.

Give $ to your child orally, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by your doctor as that depends on your child’s clinical condition, body weight, and age.  In case your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, let the child calm down, and then repeat the dose.

Fevrelief D Oral Suspension should be given at the first sign of a migraine attack. If symptoms persist, further doses may be given but a gap of 4 hours must be maintained between each dose. However, never exceed the total dose that has been prescribed for a day.

Diarrhea, rash, restlessness, and drowsiness are some of the common yet temporary side effects of this medicine. Make sure to report to your child’s doctor if the side effects persist or become bothersome for your child.

Before giving this medicine to your child, let the doctor know if your child has had any previous episodes of medicine allergy, metabolic disorder, liver impairment, kidney malfunction, asthma, or blood disorder. How Fevrelief D Oral Suspension works

Fevrelief D Oral Suspension contains two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is an antiemetic that works on the vomiting center in the brain. It also increases the movement of the muscles of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraines. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause the pain associated with migraine.

Fevrelief D Oral Suspension may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney

Fevrelief D Oral Suspension is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Fevrelief D Oral Suspension is recommended.
However, dose adjustments may be required in severe kidney disease. Please consult with your child's doctor before giving the medicine to your child.
Liver
CAUTION
Fevrelief D Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fevrelief D Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Fevrelief D Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

What if you forget to take Fevrelief D Oral Suspension?

Do not panic. Unless your doctor has advised a specific regime for your child, you can give the missed dose as soon as you remember it. Skip the missed dose if it is almost the time for the next dose. Do not give a double dose and follow the prescribed dosing schedule.

    3. Avoid loud music and noisy places.
    4. Avoid chocolates,  cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking.
    5. Get sufficient sleep and avoid stress.

I am facing issue of headache from last 3-4 years.i have consulted allopathy and they have given me sibelum 10 for migrane and asked to take metopar(paracetamol) when ever pain is too much.i am nit taking sibelum now but i am taking metopar when ever required.so i want a homeopathy consultatation if it can be cured by homeopathy or the level of headache can be lowered. Currently i face headache once in a week and i had to take metopar. Kindly suggest.
