Ferrous Max Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the most benefit. The dose and how often you take it will depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will determine the right dose to help improve your condition. Common side effects of Ferrous Max Tablet include nausea, constipation, dark stools, and upset stomach. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.
