Eupholex Forte Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. This medicine should not be consumed more than the recommended dose.

Some common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, and headache. These are usually well tolerated but if these side effects persist for a long time, please consult your doctor. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any symptoms of allergic reactions like swelling, itching, difficulty in breathing, hives, etc.

Eupholex Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Euphorbia Prostrata Extract and Calcium Dobesilate, which treats piles. Euphorbia Prostrata Extract is a plant extract while Calcium Dobesilate is a vasoprotective medicine. Together, they work on the walls of the small blood vessels and reduce their leakage and fragility. They also improve blood flow by decreasing viscosity/thickness of blood, thereby relieving inflammation (redness and swelling) and promoting healing.

Eupholex Forte Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of piles.
A fiber-rich diet (wholegrain bread and cereals, fruit and green leafy vegetables) with six to eight full glasses of water each day and daily exercise are important in maintaining healthy bowel function.
Do not take any other laxative along with Eupholex Forte Tablet without consulting your doctor.
