Epimac Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Eperisone and Paracetamol, which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer).
