Epimac Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Eperisone and Paracetamol, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer).
