How Dresin Dusting Powder works

Dresin Powder is a combination of three medicines: Povidone Iodine, Sucralfate Topical and Tinidazole Topical. Povidone Iodine is an antiseptic. It slowly releases iodine which kills or prevents the growth of infectious microorganisms. Sucralfate Topical is an anti-ulcer medicine which covers the damaged tissue and protects it against injury to facilitate healing. Tinidazole Topical is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA.
