How Doxyvista Injection works

Doxyvista Injection is a combination of two medicines: Doxycycline and Vitamin C. Doxycycline is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It is involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.

  • Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine.
  • Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Doxyvista Injection as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
