Doprin Plus 250mg/100mg Tablet

I was on glimison m 1/500 . Half tablet per day Diabetes was in control but i heard somewhere that metfprmin is npt good for kidney dieses.as my creatinine level stays between 1.0 to 1.7 can i use only glimipiride? Is it safe my suger level is around 100_110 in morning. And what would be the require dose? 1_2_3 mg?? I had heart attack and 3 arteries are block pumping is 20%

My mother has High BP for about 6 years, and now she had become very week as she had become older. Now her BP is low on few days or little higher side around 140 on most ocasions. She also has Type 2 diabetes , but it was controlled, and recently its always been too low. infact she had 2 episodes of hypoglycemia in last 2 years, so takes mild tablet only if has eaten sugars. At present she has edema and almost entire body is swollen, also her O2 level cant be measured by oxymeter, so she is given oxygen support via ventilator. Doctors are unable to get any BP reading and pulse is in range of 100 to 110. Her pulse has always been close to 100 for when we had tested her BP over last few years. Doctors are saying that she is having low blood pressure, but no reading of BP can be taken on the ECG monitoring system or BP monitor. She is given 3% sodium IV as she was initially diagonsed to have low sodium. also Vasopressin and Norad IV are being given. She never had Heart attack or serious heart condition apart for High BP . Sodium and vasopresin, norad seems to aggravate water retention, and they wanted to perform dialysis , but again say that its not possible as low BP or no reading for BP. Please provide some suggestions as to what options can be considered. Does no reading on BP monitoring devices be assumed as Low BP at all times. although Pulse is high. Are there alternative medications . Should the focus be on treating the edema and water retention.

I have recently been advised by my Doctor to change My hypertension medicine~Amlopress5 with VALSATAN 80 Which records seriiu side effe ts like heat and renal failure. Should i accept this new change?

Patient suffered from a heart attack as per diagnosis and was diagnosed to have severe Left Ventricle dysfunction. He is currently on medication. Kindly suggest what should be the further treatment for this case. Also is it possible to operate and cure the damage? Attached are the reports. Please advise.
