In case your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, let the child calm down, and then repeat the dose.
Dompimol Suspension should be given at the first sign of a migraine attack. If symptoms persist, further doses may be given but a gap of 4 hours must be maintained between each dose. However, never exceed the total dose that has been prescribed for a day.
Diarrhea, rash, restlessness, and drowsiness are some of the common yet temporary side effects of this medicine. Make sure to report to your child’s doctor if the side effects persist or become bothersome for your child.
Before giving this medicine to your child, let the doctor know if your child has had any previous episodes of medicine allergy, metabolic disorder, liver impairment, kidney malfunction, asthma, or blood disorder.
