Dolwall-T Tablet is a combination pain-relieving medicine used to manage moderate to severe pain. This includes pain after surgery, injury, or severe muscle pain. It works by acting on the brain to reduce the perception of pain and provide effective relief.

Dolwall-T Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. If it causes stomach upset, take it with food. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose or use it for longer than advised.

Common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and tend to resolve over time. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, consult your doctor for guidance.

• Drink plenty of water and eat fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables to help prevent constipation, a common side effect of Dolwall-T Tablet.
• Do not drink alcohol while taking Dolwall-T Tablet. Alcohol combined with this medicine can cause extreme drowsiness or dangerously slow your breathing.
• During long-term treatment, your doctor may conduct regular blood tests to monitor your liver function.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, epilepsy, or any breathing problems before taking Dolwall-T Tablet.
• Do not stop taking Dolwall-T Tablet suddenly if you have been using it for more than a few days. Stopping it abruptly may lead to withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, restlessness, sweating, insomnia, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
