Product introduction

Deplatt-CV Capsule may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. The prescribed dosage and length of treatment will vary based on your specific condition. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. Lifestyle changes like a low-fat diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medicine to work better.

Bleeding is the most common side effect of Deplatt-CV Capsule. Other common side effects include abdominal pain, indigestion, headache, nausea, bruising, and nosebleeds. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to help find ways to treat or manage the side effects. Let your doctor know if you notice muscle symptoms (pain or weakness), yellowing of the skin, and dark urine.

Deplatt-CV Capsule increases your risk of bleeding, so it is important to be careful while shaving, cutting nails, and using sharp objects. Avoid Deplatt-CV Capsule if you have bleeding issues, such as stomach ulcers, severe liver or kidney impairment, or blood-clotting disorders. Avoid alcohol intake while taking this medicine. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any liver or kidney disease. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should inform their doctor before taking this medicine.

Uses of Deplatt-CV Capsule

Benefits of Deplatt-CV Capsule

Prevention of Heart attack
Deplatt-CV Capsule is a combination medicine that is used to prevent heart attack. It contains Atorvastatin that works by reducing the amount of “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and raising the amount of “good” cholesterol (HDL) in your blood. High levels of cholesterol can cause your blood vessels to narrow (atherosclerosis). Lowering the amount of cholesterol reduces the chances of heart diseases and helps you remain healthier for longer.

Besides, it also contains two blood thinners, Aspirin and Clopidogrel, that together prevent the formation of blood clots and also prevent the existing ones from growing bigger in size. Take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine. Keep taking it even if you feel well.

How Deplatt-CV Capsule works

Deplatt-CV Capsule is a combination of three medicines: aspirin, atorvastatin, and clopidogrel. Aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medications. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL).
