- Avoid the use of antacids containing magnesium along with D3 Flax 60K Capsule.
- In order to maintain healthy blood levels of vitamin D, try spending some time outdoors especially from 11 am to 3 pm. But be careful not to burn your skin in the sun, so take care to cover up with suitable clothing, wear sunglasses and apply at least SPF15 sunscreen.
- Also include vitamin D-rich food in your diet like oily fish (salmon, mackerel), fortified orange juice, milk.
