Product introduction
Cosmodex N Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye. Read the label carefully for instruction before you use the medicine. Use it in the exact dose and duration as advised by the doctor or as instructed in the label. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Complete your dose even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may bring back the infection.
Use of this medicine may cause burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.
Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.

Cosmodex N Eye Drop is used to treat bacterial infection of the eyes such as conjunctivitis or pink eye. It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching or irritation in the eyes. Use it 2-3 times a day for atleast a week or as prescribed by the doctor. Your symptoms might improve after using Cosmodex N Eye Drop. However, make sure to complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

- Apply Cosmodex N Eye Drop exactly as prescribed, as overuse of steroid-containing eye medication like Cosmodex N Eye Drop can raise eye pressure or cause cataracts with long-term use.
- If you are scheduled for an eye pressure test or have glaucoma, inform your doctor, as steroids like dexamethasone (present in Cosmodex N Eye Drop) can worsen the condition.
- Always wash your hands before and after application and avoid touching the tip to your eye or fingers to prevent contamination.
- Gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes after applying to allow the medicine to settle evenly.
- Store Cosmodex N Eye Drop in a cool place and do not use it after 1 month, even if it has not expired. Also, check for its expiry and never use Cosmodex N Eye Drop beyond the expiry, as the medicine can lose its potency or become unsafe.
